Below Annex E2 is a copy of an invoice submitted by Casper Hendrik Venter as evidence against Simon Prophet but the drug police did not find this invoice anywhere near Simon Prophet. The invoice hails from a factory in Airport Industria and there is nothing on the invoice to indicate that any of the items listed are dangerous or prohibited. With even a casual glance at this document it should have been immediately obvious to Judge Erasmus that none of these chemicals could have been drugs. What possessed Judge Erasmus to say that phenyl acetic acid is a drug? |
