The advertisement reveals the extent to which Judge
Erasmus has misunderstood the Drugs and Drug Trafficking Act and how the
Judge has placed himself into the precarious position of himself having
engaged in the commission of a crime listed within the Drugs and Drug
Trafficking Act.
Proper and diligent study of the facts brings a
realization that there is considerable merit in accusing Judge Erasmus
of commissioning Section 13(a) of the Drugs and Drug Trafficking Act and
also shows that there exists no merit in accusing Prophet of
commissioning Section 5 of the same Act.
As a matter of interest, In the first criminal trial
Case Number 16/79/01, during the pre trial hearings, the state withdrew
the main charge of dealing because it was agreed by all that there was
no merit in the charge. This is all recorded in the transcripts to
confirm the facts for anyone who is interested.
