The deposit slip in the image above is of money that was paid by Prophet to Media 24 to run an article in a local Bloemfontein newspaper while the forfeiture trial of Prophet's home was running out in the Supreme Court of Appeal.

Prophet was trying to balance out the lies and the consistently unfair negative propaganda being presented by main stream media.

The Friday before the article was to run on Monday, Prophet received a phone call from the editor's office to inform him that his article would not be published because of legal complications.

So Media 24 had no problem violating Prophet's right to presumption of innocence and publishing Venter's lies about Prophet and but when Prophet, in a public statement, wanted to challenge those lies then, all of a sudden, there were legal complications.

Later Prophet produced a 60 minute film which was made available as a DVD but again the general public showed no interest or concern.

Prophet tried to make the film available, also for free, from DVD hire shops who all told him they were not allowed to accept his DVD because to accept his DVD would be in conflict with the contracts of the suppliers of the videos that they were hiring out.

To have his say, for Prophet, it was one brick wall after another.

Below Annex ELC is the contents page of the book JUSTICE WILL BE DONE IN CAPE TOWN.

The first addition, if you can call it that, was half a dozen copies and the book was being made available for free to anyone who wanted a copy but no one was interested except for one person; Marcello Stevens, the Public Prosecutor in Prophet's criminal trial.

Eventually Prophet abandoned the distribution of his book after realizing that no one was interested in his problems.
