Below Annex EPOCP2 are copies of Prophet's submissions to the Cape Town High Court which explains how it came to be that Prophet is now bringing forward criminal complaints against certain people.

The National Director of Public Prosecutions did not afford Simon Prophet, as a person accused of crime, the right to silence or the right to presumption of innocence but that does not mean that those whom Prophet is alleging to have engaged criminal acts should also be denied the right to silence or the right to presumption of innocence or any of their rights as accused people.

Let Prophet first prove his allegations beyond a reasonable doubt and then we can take it from there.
