Below Annexes VNDP page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are copies of a document that was circulated through the offices of the Department of Public Prosecutions wherein the Director of Public Prosecutions agrees that the findings of Magistrate Le Roux in the criminal trial case number 16/236/03 was correct.

This document was submitted as evidence into the Constitutional Court forfeiture hearings but the court would not allow the evidence and Prophet's right to presumption of innocence was denied.
