On a balance of probabilities and a reasonable suspicion you can prove anything.

On a balance of probabilities and a reasonable suspicion.

So why would Casper Henderik Venter want to say that Simon Prophet was doing wrong?

The knee jerk reaction to this question for the court is that Venter was just doing his job but there are a number of other factors to consider.

It is commonly understood amongst South Africans that a high percentage of Afrikaans speaking people, not always, but more than often, hate the English.

All South Africans agree that these Afrikaans persuasions stem from the Anglo Boer War.

Below are some verbal extracts from a You Tube channel that has a large Afrikaans following.

The ramblings of Colyn Serfontein and the comments and the numerous likes that follow his videos definitely confirm that Colyn Serfontein and many of his Afrikaans subscribers hate the British.

Serfontein's history class: "Then came the fucking British and then it was the Boer War!" - 785 likes and no dislikes.

Serfontein tells his guests that "The main problem is the British."

Serfontein tells his guests that "The fucking British destroyed Southern Africa" - 638 likes and no dislikes.

Comments under the video endorse the ramblings of Colyn Serfontein - 15 likes.

Serfontein tells his audience that "The British are Satan's soldiers" - 656 likes and no dislikes.

"Must get for them double" implies a calling for harm to the descendants of the British pioneers and it gets 36 likes.

Casper Hendrik Venter is Afrikaans and Simon Prophet is English and if Venter agrees with Serfontein in any or all of the above then we can take it for granted that Venter would muster an intense and immediate dislike and even a burning hatred towards Simon Prophet especially on learning that both Simon's parents and all of his grandparents and all of his great grand parents were British.

The National Party Government of the old South Africa depended on support from the Afrikaners.

Making an assumption that Casper Hendrik Venter, as a staunch Afrikaner, would also have supported the National Party and since the National Party engineered and enforced Apartheid then it will logically follow that Venter, as a die hard racist, would have been inflamed to discover that Simon was living with a woman of colour.

South Africans may not come out in the open to call Afrikaners racists but under all the political subterfuge every South African knows that Afrikaners bar few can't help themselves, to the core, from being racist against black people.

The Afrikaner Weerstandbeweging is a confirmed racist quasi-military organization and also anti-Semitic according to WIKIPEDIA and during the Apartheid era of South Africa it can be said that a large percentage of the South African police were members of this organization.

Casper Hendrik Venter being an Afrikaans policeman coming out of an Afrikaans Apartheid background where the police were mind controlled to willingly enforce the evil laws of Apartheid then it is not a fact beyond a reasonable doubt but one would be inclined to naturally assume that on a balance of probabilities and a reasonable suspicion that Casper Hendrik Venter may have been or quite possibly still is a member of this organization.

Simon Prophet has applied to the head office of the Afrikaner Weerstandbeweging in Ventersdorp as to whether or not Casper Hendrik Venter is or ever has been a member but Simon Prophet received neither a Yes nor a No answer which provides a strong possibility that Yes, Casper Hendrik Venter was or may even still be a member.

Assuming that Casper Hendrik Venter was not a member then there would be no risk involved to confirm that he was not a member but since the "no" answer was not forthcoming we are then left to fill in the gaps which point towards telling us that Casper Hendrik Venter is indeed connected and that is why our question is met with the "No Comment" approach.

Putting some of or all of these factors together, assuming they are true, reveals considerable motive for Casper Hendrik Venter to tell lies about Simon Prophet and to deliberately engage in unlawful actions against Simon Prophet, even to the point of committing perjury, to inflict suffering and to bring upon Simon Prophet as much harm as possible.

Lying goes hand in hand with stealing.

Simon Prophet has laid criminal charges of perjury against Casper Hendrik Venter who is the only supposed to be witness of the National Director of Public Prosecution.

Under scrutiny it can be shown that Casper Hendrik Venter was playing in the dark and no other person contributed anything of note against Simon Prophet in the civil trial.

Many people submitted affidavits and had things to say but those submissions relied entirely on Venter's submissions or centred around things that had little or nothing to do with Simon Prophet.

Casper Venter submitted, according to Simon Prophet, his two fraudulent affidavits into Simon Prophet's civil trial outside of the criminal trials during the proceedings of the criminal trials and by falsely proclaiming that Simon Prophet was a criminal in those affidavits, Venter, was violating Simon Prophet's right to presumption of innocence as scrutiny of the law books will confirm and so a criminal trial against Venter will be kicking off with confirmed unlawful activity on Venter's part.

Add onto that the lies about Simon Prophet that Venter has included in Venter's thesis that was submitted to the University of South Africa 2020 and it is not looking good for Venter.

A guilty verdict against Venter will be disastrous for the National Director of Public Prosecutions because, Venter, as the only supposed to be witness against Simon Prophet in the civil forfeiture trials, will be eliminated and it will follow that the Constitutional Court will be called upon to set aside the judgement against Simon Prophet and we know where that will take us having looked at what happened to Alex Jones.

The South African Police, the Senior Public Prosecutor of the Cape Town Magistrate's Court, the South African Human Rights Commission and the Judicial Service Commission all have copies of Simon Prophet's complaints against Venter where Venter's lies have been exposed and even before any conviction is legally confirmed, it is our opinion, that anyone, who applies their mind, can only agree that the allegations are compelling so let there be no excuse here to pretend ignorance of the facts as they are.

All of these documents are published on this website for anyone to read so everything is out in the open which leaves no room for anyone to plead ignorance about what is going on here.

In the second criminal trial, Cape Town Magistrate's Court case number 16/236/03, it was shown to be a fact that the drug police found nothing illegal at 54 Balfour Street during their unlawful search and the arresting officer admitted under cross examination that finding any of the chemicals that were unlawfully seized by the drug police could not warrant an arrest under any section of the Drugs and Drug Trafficking Act of 1992.

After this trial and after Simon Prophet had received an unconditional acquittal on all of the criminal charges that had been brought against him, Simon Prophet, relying on Section 31(1)(c) of the Criminal Procedure Act 51 of 1977, approached the arresting officer with a request for the return of all of Simon Prophet's articles that had been seized by the police but the drug police refused to comply with the law and in a follow up trial, Simon Prophet in desperation, applied to the Cape Town Magistrate's Court to force the return of his chemicals and his laboratory equipment.

Under oath, the drug police claimed that these things had been destroyed leaving Magistrate Eric Louw in a quandary of not being able to order the return of something that does not exist but Magistrate Eric Louw did say that nothing would stand in the way for Simon Prophet to sue the police for compensation.

In the civil trial, Cape Town High Court case number 5926/01, that preceded these findings of Magistrate Le Roux in the second criminal trial and before the Judgement of Magistrate Eric Louw, Erasmus condemned Simon Prophet using Venter's fictitious and erroneous speculative stories that were elaborated upon by others.

Venter never appeared in person before Erasmus and Venter never faced cross examination in court.

A list of names has been compiled of people of whom it is suspected have engaged unlawfully against Simon Prophet and who have deliberately engaged unlawfully to conceal and defend criminal acts and this list is available.
